If you wait every few years to re-stain, you may need to pay more in repair, double the cost in stain and cause more wood failure to occur.

How Does The Maintenance Plan Work?
The first year is a full deck stain. Each year in between a full deck stain, we come back to do a complete power wash and stain all areas that need attention (generally floor, stair treads, handrails) for half the cost of the full deck stain. Just contact us in the winter/spring to get your maintenance scheduled for spring/summer.
